Feature description:

User should be able to switch website presentation between "Desktop" and "Mobile" style sheets.

Amongst the top requested features from users who submitted feedback after using Chrome VR was the ability to view the Desktop version of the site they were browsing.  This was likely to gain access to a more full presentation of the site/access extended functionality not present in the default view presented by Chrome VR (Mobile site?).

Assumed that this feature would entail providing users with the ability to switch between Desktop and Mobile freely, and potentially some updated rendering work when presenting a Desktop site on certain devices/displays.
