UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3608.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. load a page with a form containing a select element
2. click the select element
3.

What is the expected behavior?
dropdown aligns correctly with the select element, sizing of values aligns with style choices of site or appropriate to ui

What went wrong?
select/form renders incorrectly

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 72.0.3608.4 Channel: dev
OS Version: OS X 10.14.2
Flash Version:

have some testing flags, on dev- maybe a local configuration issue. Seems like this would be an obvious regression. Happy to help figure out what's causing it.

Thanks!
Are there any easy ways to express the flags/config options I'm using for comparison?

Also I'll try and work a basic test case- though it's not easy!
