Notifications appear incorrectly when there are more three lines of icons in the tray

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/12.0.1 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have more than three rows of icons in the tray
2. Open the tray to view a notification
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Notifications should appear correctly/

What went wrong?
Notifications do not appear correctly.

This bug applies to the Chrome OS platform, not to Mac.
