Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? Yes Chromium 69 I believe

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.27 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

I have made bug reports over at Facebook. They said that they have fixed the issue twice, but each time the error reappears.

I have tested Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi, and Brave browsers.

Problem seems to only be on Windows 10 (that I can tell with the machines I have available). It does not seem to affect browsers in Linux.

I wasn't sure how to find beta #71.0.3578.54.

What I did do was download the latest Google Chrome dev build (Version 72.0.3608.4 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)), and the problem isn't there. I'm going to reload my extensions and see if it comes back. If so, then it should be related to one of them.

---

And it's an extension issue. Looks like it's related to one I use called "Font Rendering Enhancer" that thickens the lines in text. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/font-rendering-enhancer/hmbmmdjlcdediglgfcdkhinjdelkiock

Turning off on my current, up-to-date stable Chromium browser did make the problem go away. Looks like that may be the cause.

Sorry for the bug report...
