Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 on reported chrome version #70.0.3538.77, latest stable #70.0.3538.102 and latest chrome #72.0.3610.0 by following steps as percomment#0. Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS and Linux. The behavior is seen from old M-60 builds(#60.0.3112.113. This is a non-regression issue, hence marking it as untraiged and requesting someone from the dev team to look into the issue. Thanks.!

.zui-table thead th span{
transform: rotate(180deg); /* <-- remove this */
-webkit-writing-mode: vertical-rl;
writing-mode: vertical-rl;
