PageUp&PageDown icons not show status.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard -> Type something to make suggestion&Down Arrow icon pop up -> Click Down Arrow icon.
2.Check PageUp&PageDown icons on the Expand candidates view.

Actual result:
PageUp&PageDown icons never show click-able, even in fact i can goes to the next/prior page.

Expect：
PageUp&PageDown icons should show the status to inform user there'are more candidates or not.
