1st line white&empty if hide vk in expaned view and repro vk

REPRO STEPS:
1.Put devices to laptop mode.
2.Switch to Pinyin keyboard -> Type something to make suggestion&Down Arrow icon pop up -> Click Down Arrow icon.
3.Turn off laptop mode.
4.Refocus to make VK pop up.

Actual result:
VK pops up, but the 1st line while&empty.

Note:
Tried also repro with Ja(for Ja), seems repro with all keyboard (which can expand candidates).

Summary: 1st line white&empty after switch tablet/laptop mode (was: 1st line while&empty after special steps)
Tried also repro for tablet->laptop mode.

Issue also repro with below steps:
1.Switch to A11y.
2.Switch to Pinyin Floating keyboard -> Type something to make suggestion&Down Arrow icon pop up -> Click Down Arrow icon.
3.Hide VK (click the keyboard icon from task bar).
4.Reopen VK.
