Clear cookies/site data after a configurable interval.

Use case:
Kiosk UX. Avoid that the next kiosk user can see data from the previous user. Particularly important when users can sign in on the page.

Motivation:
For instance, cases where the user is using a mobile device set up in kiosk mode, they're signed in, and the admin needs to reduce the chances that the next user could end up using the device with the previous user's credentials.

Existing workarounds:
Very bad: rely on users to remember to sign out.
