Enterprise policy: Hide/auto-hide the address bar. |
|||
Issue descriptionDescription: Provide Enterprise admins with the ability to hide or auto-hide the address bar. Use case: Kiosks UX. If the admin wants to lock the user on a certain url (already possible using managed configurations), the user should not be seeing an address bar. It's not useful, and a considerable waste or screen estate on a mobile device. In case other features need to be left accessible, like bookmarks, settings, etc., the admin should be able to set the address bar to auto-hide, instead of having it completely hidden, so that it can be shown with a swipe. Motivation: Improving UX, optimizing screen estate. Existing workarounds: None.
