Pinyin suggest line can not display well in system search box after switch focus then back

Issue description

Version 72.0.3606.0
Platform 11253.0.0 dev-channel scarlet test
Firmware Google_Scarlet.10388.59.0
Google_Input_Tools_Version:72.0.20181106.220280811

Steps:
1.Put input focus in System search box
2.Switch to pinyin keyboard
3.Change focus out of search box ,then back 
4.Tap again

Actual:
Suggestion line have a flash, can not displayed , 
but after a while, it will be ok
