This issue I found with Netflix only when playing back cartons it tends to freeze or becomes really choppy for a second. I never had this problem with earlier version of chrome OS.. only seems to be a problem when watching netflix.

It happens all the time when my daughter watching masha the bear and the background there is heavy rain Netflix becomes choppy and freezes.
