Digital microscope IDS proscope EDU is not working in native camera app

Project Member Reported by marchuk@chromium.org, Nov 13

Issue description

ChromeOS version: 67-70, any, never worked before.
ChromeOS device model: any
Case#: 17421896

Description:
Digital microscopes are identified as Camera, and devices like "Celestron Digital Microscope Imager" are working with no issues.

However specific device "IDS proscope EDU" working in third-party apps/websites e.g. testmycam but in native camera app, when trying to switch to this camera, nothing happens.

In logs I see

Since it's working in third-party websites, and specific to Camera app, setting this component.
