display settings stop working after changing primary display |

Issue descriptiononce you select the primary display, the setting page get into some weird state and stop applying the change. That's being said, I think the current UI isn't ideal (you select drop down "primary / external". This used to be a checkbox IIRC, something like "make this display primary". Since selecting "external" doesn't tell which one should be primary, I thin old UI is more intuitive?
