It looks like the upload_prebuilts script has a few related things to pull out and apart -- the uploads themselves will need to be a separated out, and it looks like there's a few things the script can do. The cleanest interface is probably to have the script copy everything to upload into a passed folder, but we'll need to take a closer look when we get into this one.
