This is passing in the latest driver so it just needs a driver update on the bots.

Also failing on Android. Will need to test if it's fixed in the latest Shield TV release for conformance.

Add suppressions for Pixel 2 and Nvidia Shield TV

We're not yet enabling the tests to run on the waterfall due to lack
of hardware, but the tests currently pass with these suppressions.
