Logs show that chrome may be eating back button events.

Tested the issue on android and unable to reproduce the issue

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Launched chrome and navigated to wikipedia.com , Clicked on one link -it navigated to other page
2. Clicked on back button and page navigated back normally

Chrome version:
70.0.3538.80

OS:
Android 9.0 / PD1A.180720.030

Android device:
Pixel 2  XL

This seems to be issue on crosshatch device, hence routing to MTV for further help in triaging.
