Opening tab "chrome://discards" cause google chrome hung on my computer when opened several thousand tabs.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3608.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open several thousand tabs.
2. Open "chrome://discards"
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
google chrome hung

Chrome version: 72.0.3608.4  Channel: dev
OS Version: 
Flash Version:

As you can see main process begin consume 100% CPU after it.

As per the original comment, as the Crash ID is provided, adding 'TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD' label and requesting Inhouse team to look into the issue and help in further triaging.

Tested this issue on Linux using chrome reported version and latest dev #72.0.3608.4 No google chrome hang is observed.

Steps:
1.Opened nearly 600 tabs
2.Opened chrome://discards
3.No google chrome hang is observed.

@Reporter: Could you please look at the steps and let us know if anything missed from our end. Also please check by updating chrome to latest dev #72.0.3610.2
