How does one set the ForceSignIn policy? Is there a command-line switch I can pass?

Setting up policy on mac needs management tool like Profile Manager. However, I find a workaround solution. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-GhqwjfpwPQ3Gpk9wVtC7vvAE7YmzltikEuauOgecu0/edit?usp=sharing (internal link)

Hm - I'm not successfully getting this dialog to appear. After I've done the steps in that doc, what do I need to do to make the dialog show?

The dialog is shown for the profile that is not signed in. You could open UserManger and create a new profile to ensure the dialog. Also, chrome://policy page shows whether the policy value is set successfully or not.
