What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> on screen Right click -> select 'Set Wallpaper' option
(2)In 'Set Wallpaper' overlay ->Go to 'Seascapes' tab and select any wallpaper-> observe selected wallpaper with its details is seen at 'Currently set' -> Now try to select the text and observe unable to select

Expected: Should be able to select the Title or Details of Wallpaper at 'Currently set' 
Actual: Instead unable to select

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
