Cannot slide in the language menu list after turn on ChromeVox

REPRO STEPS:
1.Turn on ChromeVox.
2.Switch to any keyboard.
3.Open language menu list.
4.Slide in the language menu list, e.g. want to switch to the last keyboard.


Actual result:
Fail to go the the last keyboard.
