Can remember last main keyboard input after switch to HW /Emoji layout then switch back

Firmware Google_Scarlet.10388.59.0
Google_Input_Tools_Version:72.0.20181106.220280811

Steps:
1.Switch to US keyboard
2.in main keyboard, tap any word,not sumbmit, eg. very 
3.Go to hw panel , continue to input good
4.Back to main keyboard ,continue to any word

Actual:
3.1. "Good" will instead of "very" 
4.1.  Will display "veryv" , can remember last input in main keyboard

Summary: Can remember last main keyboard input after switch to HW /Emoji layout then switch back (was: US keyboard can remember last main keyboard input even after hw input )
This issue also repro for CJK or T13n keyboards when switch to emoji layout then switch back to main keyboards
