Cordova APP crash (Android Target SDK 26)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
We have a situation where some phones will crash directly
We use the Cordova APP and android platform version 6.1.2
android targetSdkVersion: 26

(1) start APP
(2) APP crash directly

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
plz check crash log

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77  Channel: n/a
