Issue descriptionVersion 72.0.3606.0 Platform 11253.0.0 dev-channel scarlet test Firmware Google_Scarlet.10388.59.0 Google_Input_Tools_Version:72.0.20181106.220280811 Steps: 1.Switch to Pinyin etc. chinese keyboard 2.Long pressing any key ,to pop up accent window 3.Slide it to select any pop up accent character Actual: Very difficult to select it , and often flash when long pressing down any key , refers to attached video Note: Not repro in bob chrome device
