VK may not pop up/work on 90°/ 270° screen.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Put cursor in www.mytextarea.com
2.Rotate screen to 90°/ 270° 
3.Switch to any keyboard, type something.
4.Hide vk
5.Click mouse in the lower part of www.mytextarea.com.

Actual result: 
VK not pop up.
If the current mode is A11y:Tapping on VK not work even after open vk from task bar.

Do you try to re-enter focus into the editable div?

Seems the issue is: in Vertical screen, clicking mouse in the lower part fails to re-enter focus into the editable div.
