Setting icon move to right side when switching to digital layout in Pinyin keyboard

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard
2.Keep the first functions icon displayed
3.Switch to Digital layout then switch back to main keyboard

Actual:
Setting icon the first line will move to right side 
see attached video

also repro in other keyboards sometimes, when switch from one keyboard to another 
keyboards;
