Stop bad GN changes from landing |

Issue descriptionbug 902865 (and other bugs like it) successfully pass trybots and are landed, when they shouldn't be. This (if I'm understanding that issue correctly) because we don't do clobber builds for each CQ run. Is it worth adding some clobber trybots to the CQ? Or maybe adding more testing to GN? Also, how often do changes like these land and break the tree? |
