Issue description
Chrome Version : 70.0.3538.77
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04

Safari:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get any push notification, e.g. from facebook messenger
2. Swipe it away using a touchscreen
What is the expected result?
The notification goes away
What happens instead of that?
Chromium crashes

The issue appears both in regular Chrome and in Chromium, from the standard Xenial repositories. The most recent crash ID in Chrome is 56d9c537f7d22753, I'm not sure how to enable crash logging in Chromium. I'm using the default Unity DE.

Does it happen with the ToT version of chromium (https://download-chromium.appspot.com/)? It looks like a duplicate of issue 895883 which had a fix land yesterday.
