Currently we don't have a good way of seeing what page resources are classified as ad resources. We have metrics/ukm that tell us sites are loading a lot of ads, but no real way to see what is contributing to this.

We should add some logging so we can easily view/investigate what types of resources we are tagging as ads. Useful information: size, origin, top-level flag, file type.
