What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In tablet mode, tap "Add Person" on login screen
2. In email input field, type "abcdefg" with virtual keyboard
3. tap the touchscreen to the right of the letter G

What is the expected result?
Blue text selection handle appears in correct position

What happens instead of that?
Handle appears above and to the left of actual location (see screenshot)
