Steps to reproduce:
(1)Open a reddit thread.
(2)Scroll to bottom of current page.
(3)Attempt to click next button. 

Expected result:
Input is received and next page loads up. 

Actual result:
No touch is recognized.

Work around: Hitting the multitask button and immediately reselecting chrome. This brings the bottom navigation bar back up in chrome, lifting the page above it, and allowing buttons to be pressed. This will have to be done at -each- page load.
