Issue descriptionIn contrast to the iOS and macOS guidelines which use the trailing ellipsis to indicate that there's an additional step with more information, the Material guidelines recommend to use ellipses only to indicate an action in progress or incomplete (e.g. "Downloading...") and to omit them from buttons that open a dialog or start a process.
