It's not super easy to repro, so I can't say if it's OS, device, VRCore, or Chrome version specific.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) While VR browsing, go to http://chrome-vr-test.appspot.com/
(2) Click on the security indicator icon.
(3) Click on the infobar that appears. (I was able to repro this twice, by repeatedly opening the infobar and clicking on it. I clicked on the links and outside the links on the surface of it. When it repro'd, it was a click on the surface, not on a link. 

What is the expected result? No crash.

What happens instead? The UI froze, flashed once or twice, then Chrome crashed.
