1) Go to https://secure01b.chase.com/web/auth/dashboard#/dashboard/index/index
2) Enter username / password
3) Manually save the credentials via the key icon in the omnibar.
4) Press Ctrl+R to reload

Observe that there is another save prompt even though the credentials were already saved in step 3.
