Notification bar color fact

Here notification bar body color are same as font color so any symbol and criteria don't shown easily..
 This problem are facing on any Google apps uses.
 There notification bar pure white colour and any type of symbols are not showing on manual pages.

This sounds like a bug in the bug tracker itself, yes? Please file such bugs using the "Feedback on Monorail" link at the bottom of https://bugs.chromium.org/. And if you do, please specify what part of the page you're referring to...I'm not sure where the notification bar is in that screenshot.
