Phone vibrates while scrolling if there is a selection

Chrome Version: 72.0.3602.0
OS: Android P (Pixel 3 XL)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open any website (e.g., https://example.com).
(2) Select a piece of text.
(3) Scroll the page.

What is the expected result?
Page scrolls normally.

What happens instead?
Page scrolls but the phone vibrator vibrates at the same time.

Tested the issue on android and unable to reproduce the issue 

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Launched chrome and navigated to wikipedia.com 
2. Selected text and scrolled the page -- didn't observe any phone vibration.

Chrome version:
72.0.3602.0

OS:
Android 9.0 

Android device:
Pixel 2  XL

This seems to be issue on Pixel 3 XL, hence routing to MTV team for further help in triaging.

FYI: I hit something similar in b/119396737 and I'm using a Pixel 2 XL.

Wasn't able to reproduce on a Pixel 2 (non-XL) and Chrome 72.0.3596.0. Make sure you have touch vibration turned on. You can check by pressing the soft keys at the bottom of the display and making sure they cause vibration.

Able to reproduce this issue on 72.0.3602.0 using Pixel 2 XL[QP1A.181113.004] but not reproducible on latest canary 72.0.3616.0. Hence closing this issue.
