What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now at Uber Tray -> click on 'Sign out' option
(2)In 'Sign out' screen -> enter wrong password -> Error message is seen ->now click on 'Learn more' link available at  Error message and observe 'Help' overlay is seen
(3)Now try to click on 'Add Person' -> observe able to click
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Should not be able to click on 'Add Person' option when 'Help' overlay is opened
Actual: Instead able to click on 'Add Person' option 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-69
