Browsing doesn't work properly in case of searching some item on ebay.de

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to eBay website
2. Search some items
3. check page

What is the expected behavior?
1. Can search normal

What went wrong?
1. Always show "This page isn't working" (pls refer the attachment 20181015_161932.mp4 & bugreport)

Please collect and attach a chrome://net-export log. Instructions can be found here: https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details

Also, when you cleared cookies, note you only selected in the past hour. It's possible an older cookie is responsible for the issue.
