Dead links in ChromeVox pages

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 70.0.3538.77 
URL : See below
Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: - 
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: - 

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Following pages have dead links:

http://www.chromevox.com/installing.html
 - "install Lois"
http://www.chromevox.com/feedback.html
 - "Google Chrome bug tracker"


 
There might be more than that, haven't checked all of them.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 and mac 10.13.6 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.77 and latest canary #72.0.3608.0.
Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Navigated to http://www.chromevox.com/installing.html
2. Observed that the links present in that page are active and was able to add the chromevox extension to chrome.

reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #72.0.3608.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Also please let us know the reported OS in which the issue is observed.

Hi, sorry for the insufficient bug report. I think this might help:

1) Go to URL: http://www.chromevox.com/installing.html
2) Find paragraph containing: 
> To speak the content of the webpages, ChromeVox takes advantage of your desktop Text to Speech engine (TTS for short). If you don't have one, or want to try a different one, Google also offers a free TTS engine called Lois. You'll probably need one if you're using Linux, but should be ok without it on Windows or Mac. If you want to give it a try, install Lois from the Chrome Web Store.
3) Click either of the two links there.

I can't reproduce the second one right now, so please dismiss that.
