When a large range of builds are failed due infrastructure issues or a bad CL that landed but wasn’t handled until the end of a weekend, we would like to use the annotation UI proposed above as a P1 to mass-annotate all of the builds in a range such that the CL’s that failed during that time are automatically CQ+2’d back into the CQ. We’ll build the automation; this request is for the UI elements and capability in SoM.
