Once the data in the two blocking bugs is available, this item tracks building dashboards and alerts based on that data. This also enables SRE capacity planning for GoB and GS quota.

I'm not sure how to route this since there doesn't seem to be an SRE bug component. Feel free to shuffle. Anyway, there won't be anything to do on this bug for awhile since the two blocking bugs while take time to resolve.
