What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Type goog into the Omnibox, so that google.com will be autocompleted
(2) Take a look at the position of the text in the Omnibox during the autocomplete happens. 

What is the expected result?
The text should not move vertically up by 1px. 

What happens instead?
As soon the URL is autocompleted the text moves up by 1px.

Not sure, if this is a recent regression, but I never noticed this issue before.
