We need to collect these host side logs to debug a WebRTC issue:

* Number of ice resets that succeed and fail during a session
* Number of sessions dropped that is caused by a failed ICE reset

Note that hosts use XMPP for sending logs, which will fail to send logs if the signaling channel is broken. It is also two generations behind chromoting.com's Clearcut client. Ideally we should switch to Clearcut on the host, but given that M72 branch point is less than 3 weeks away, we should try to get it working with the old infra if possible.
