Steps To Reproduce:
(1) After OOBE, login as a user.
(2) Open chrome://settings page.
(3) Select a network with 802.1x/WPA2 security and click configure.
(4) Fill in the required details and click Save

Expected Result:
The network configuration should save  the configuration.

Actual Result:
Even after clicking save button, the configure window does not dismiss.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
The first time after OOBE for each network. 

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
The user needs to click cancel and do the process again to connect to the network.

I don't see any errors on console(inspect element page)
