Clicking on a notification in Windows Notifications Box doesn't launch web page

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Windows Notifications Box 2. Click on a Notification (To launch web page) 3. Notification clears without launching web page What is the expected behavior? New tab in Chrome with web page of the notification. What went wrong? Notification clears without launching web page. Did this work before? Yes Unknown Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: It worked before but was always a bit random now it never works at all.

Thanks for the issue... Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.77 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: ------ 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated the URL "https://www.facebook.com/" 3. Received notification and opened notification box 4. Clicked on notifications As we are able to see the notification content on chrome @Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions & apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.
