Server Prediction : tirerack.com : Boxes do not get Autofilled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to Checkout page of tirerack.com
(2)Under Ship to My Address Section, Click Recipient's First Name box and apply Autofill profile

What is the expected result?
Rest of Boxes get Autofilled

What happens instead?
Only Recipient's First Name box gets Autofilled
