Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Put the cursor at the start of a block in editable content. The first element in that block must be an uneditable inline element.
2. Press the down arrow

What is the expected behavior?
The cursor moves to the next line.

What went wrong?
What happens depends on context. If the editable element is big, the cursor will sometimes jump down quite a distance. If it's small but there is content after it, that content is scrolled into view and the editable element loses focus. Otherwise, the editable element just loses focus and nothing further happens.
