[Managed Session] Revert login disclosure string to previous version

Project Member Reported by isandrk@chromium.org, Nov 9

Issue description

One of the new disclosure strings on the login screen was deemed a bit too strong on the words and was causing people to be distressed, therefore we are reverting it to the previous version.

Current string:
The administrator of this device has access to all activity, including passwords and communications.

New (Old) string:
The device manager may be able to monitor your activity.

Is there a date I can schedule for version v71.0.3578.47 which I am told has the fix? As a public library, this very "big brother is watching" goes against everything we tell our patrons we support, their privacy. Thank you! -Lisa

Lisa, we will start releasing v71 around 11th Dec, and then it will take 1-2 weeks until you get it.
