Issue descriptionChrome Version: http://browsingtest.appspot.com/ OS: iOS 12.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Open FindInPage; (2)Scroll the WebView. What is the expected result? FindInPage bar should stay the same. What happens instead? FindInPage moves up and collides with status bar.

Verified on 72.0.3626.64 Beta, iPhoneSXMAX iOS 12.0.1. FindInPage bar stays when webview is scrolled. |
