What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any video file from above URL
(2)Now go to Files App -> right click on video for context menu and select 'Video Player' -> video starts playing -> open it for 3 times 
(3)Now at shelf -> click on 'Video Player' icon -> Observe Video name is seen but its extension is seen missing even required space is available 
(Please refer video and Screenshot)


Expected: Full video name should be seen on clicking 'Video Player' icon at shelf
Actual: Instead video extension is seen missing 


This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-69

Note : Issue is also seen on M-70 and M-72
