What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Open App Launcher ->Now drag any App into another App so that Folder is created 
(2)Now try to enter Folder Name -> observe unable to view Name of the Folder but after closing it(Folder) able to view
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected:  Should be able to view Folder name inside the folder
Actual: Instead unable to view Name of the Folder

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-71
